Who owns the site?
The company who owns and runs this site is Swedish and is called LRF Media. You can reach LRF Media at info@tractorpower.net or by phone, +46 85 88 366 00. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts and according to Swedish law.
Changing rules
The rules are subject to change without notice and it is the responsibility of the user to regularly refer to this site.
Rights
All photos, captions and other commentaries will be handled without confidentiality. LRF Media has the right to use all material in its magazines and other publications without asking permission from the author or photographer and without having to pay them. Those who send in photos have to own the legal rights to them and copyrighted material may not be uploaded without permission from the copyright owner.
LRF Media assumes the publishing rights within the company but does not assume ownership outside LRF Media and has no right to sell the material to other companies or persons outside LRF Media.
Rights to the program
LRF Media owns the software and computer applications that were created in order to run the site.
Old enough?
Those registering on the site have to be old enough to have the legal right to publish the pictures and be aware of who owns the rights to them. Otherwise the user´s legal guardian must register as the user.
Correct information
The user is responsible for submitting correct and truthful information. The user has to register under his/her own name.
Responsibility
Users of the site must be aware that if photos are published on the site that are hurtful or damaging to others the user is entirely responsible.
Responsibility for the password
The user is responsible for keeping his password information safe from abuse.
Insults
The user must be aware that on a community material may occur which can be offensive and provocative despite our best efforts to avoid it. The material will not be screened in advance and LRF Media will not be responsible if someone feels insulted. Please report offensive material to info@tractorpower.net
If the site causes damage
If the site, for instance through hacker or virus attacks, causes damage to your or somebody else´s computer LRF Media takes no responsibility for this. LRF Media is not responsible for damages or loss of income due to contributions to the site.
How long will materia remain on the site?
LRF Media decides how long photos and texts remain on the site.
If somebody gets blocked on the site or chooses to deregister himself/herself LRF Media has the right to keep publishing photos, texts and commentaries.
Rules
A. The person who sends in material is responsible for its context.
B. The purpose of the site is to publish pictures of tractors and similar machines and texts about these. It is up to the user to stick to this subject.
C. Pictures should not be sent in more than once.
D. It is not allowed to send in pornographic material or other material that can be seen as offensive or that breaks Swedish or International law.
E. The site can not be used for commercial purposes.
F. The user is requested to use a civil tone in his/her material.
G. The user has to be very careful not to publish violent, racist or sexist material on the site, especially since the site will be visited by minors.
H. Users who discover offensive material are asked to report this to info@tractorpower.net
Removal of offensive material
LRF Media has the right to edit or remove offensive material without prior notice.
Public access policy
LRF Media is careful to protect personal information. But we will give the authorities access to this information if an alleged crime has been committed, if parents want to know if their children abuse the site or if someone´s life or health is in danger.
We will also let trusted businesses (IT consultants, for instance) with whom we cooperate get access to personal information. Transactions of this nature are always on LRF Media´s terms. We will not pass on personal information to advertisers without permission from the user.
If LRF Media should be taken over by another company we will pass on the information to that company.
